We have Talented Web Programmers to carry out your PHP/MySQL, ASP and ASP.NET /MSSQL/Access/Oracle programming projects.

* setup fee is charged as a contribution towards the cost of software required for ASP.NET programming (currently Visual Studio).

Full-time programmers work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

The programmer assigned to your work will exclusively work for you throughout your daily service period, and would not be assigned to any other customer during that time.

What We Cover ? Each Assigned Programmer can perform any mixture of the following tasks:

• Web programming in your choice of one of: PHP, ASP or ASP.NET , Java/JSP, perl, Ruby on Rails, AJAX

What We Don't Cover ? Our Programmer service does not cover the following types of tasks unless we explicitly agree otherwise:

• Support for your customers
• Graphics and/or web design work
• Programming in more than one language - you can choose either PHP or ASP or ASP.NET ,Java/JSP or perl, Ruby on Rails, AJAX
• Programming in any language other than PHP or ASP or ASP.NET
• System/server administration

What Timings are covered? Each Dedicated Programmer you hire works for a set number of hours each day, 6 days a week. Generally programmers need to work during one of the following three shifts:

• 6am-2pm India Standard Time
  (6.30pm-2.30am US CST)
• 2pm-10pm India Standard Time
  (2.30am-10.30am US CST)
• 10pm-6am India Standard Time
  (10.30am-6.30pm US CST)

In view of the health of our staff regular shift rotation is usually necessary for the night shifts according to Indian Standard Time. For any adjustment or change in the above timings, please contact us to discuss options.

How It Works ?

Step 1 - Choose a plan - decide whether you want your programmer to work fulltime(8 hours/day) or part-time(4 hours/day).

Step 2 - Place your order - Order instantly for your programmer plan through our Order Form. During ordering process, you will be asked to make your first payment through Paypal.

Step 3 - Start up & Monitoring - After com pletion of your order, you will be assigned a programmer to start work within 48 hours. We will explain you how to use our project management system to monitor the work of your assigned programmer. You can keep in touch with your assigned programmer(s) through instant messenger, email and our project management system. you give your programmer(s) details of your project timetable and the deliverables you require from them. We also re com mend that you include regular 'checkpoints' in your development process so that both you and your programmer(s) can be sure that the project is staying on track. we do not provide project management and in fact only provide basic supervision to your programmer(s) (i.e. monitoring of attendance, ensuring they work hard while at work, shift scheduling and so on).
