Non Disclosure Agreements
Data Clarity Ensures and has a very strict policy for Non Disclosure agreements between client and us.
we also make sure that for each project we sign NDA with our staff and concerning agencies to make sure clients Intellectual property and ideas are safeguarded.
We have a predefined format which we use for NDA in general case. But we are also flexible enough to sign one if you have any particular format.
Ownership of Data, Content and Product.
Any material produced while we are executing your project remains proprietary of our client unless and until specified specifically, and are delivered to them upon completion of project via electronic media. We also make sure that that documentation is stored in an proper area which is not accessible to our staff etc.
The definition of any material is any source code, any Data dictionary, documentation, designs etc. are considered and given back to client.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined as per mutual understanding between client and Concept Infoway. |
